Bode Akuna

A freelance gunslinger with no love for the Empire, Bode Akuna joins Cal as the newest member of his crew. The player first meets Bode as he and Cal prepare for a daring heist on Coruscant. As they journey together, the two bond as Bode reveals he's fighting for a better life for his daughter, Kata. Enticed by the promise of Tanalorr, Bode goes all in as a member of the Stinger Mantis team.

However, Bode's true nature is revealed when he betrays Cal and his friends in order to steal the Abyss compass. When confronted, he reveals himself to be a surviving Jedi who struck a deal with the Imperial Security Bureau in exchange for Kata's safety. He proves himself to be a fierce Jedi warrior who is more than a match for Cal.

After a desperate galaxywide chase, Bode finally falls in battle against Cal and Merrin on Tanalorr when he refuses to back down even though he's been defeated. He is laid to rest on Tanalorr on a funeral pyre in the tradition of the Jedi.
